Art. 5. º Las Corporaciones municipales harán poner un sello a las pesas y medidas que deban usar los particulares, para reconocer su legitimidad.

Las mismas Corporaciones podrán hacer construir pesas y medidas para que sirvan de patrones de las que se permiten según el artículo 2º.
