Art. 12. Todo oficial guarda-parque al hacer entrega del empleo al sucesor que lo fuere nombrado, le hará entrega no solo de los efectos existentes, sino de los libros llevados hasta entónces, a fin de que se continúen con el órden i la regularidad anteriores.
