Extiéndese a quince años el término de la prescripción extintiva del dominio o propiedad a que se refiere el artículo 6° de la Ley 200 de 1936 , para aquellos predios rurales respecto de los cuales se compruebe que se han celebrado, antes del 1° de enero de 1947, contratos de la especie a que se refiere el artículo 1° de la presente Ley, que cubren por lo menos una tercera parte de la extensión inculta del presente predio.
