Pago subsidios de gas con Fondo Cuota de Fomento. Con cargo a los recursos disponibles del Fondo Especial Cuota de Fomento de Gas Natural, durante la vigencia de la presente ley se destinará hasta el 50% del stock, para atender los subsidios de gas señalados en el artículo 297 de la Ley 1955 de 2019 .
