Los productos que se comercialicen haciendo uso del Registro Sanitario, Renovación o Modificación Provisional de que trata el presente Decreto, deberán cumplir los requisitos de calidad, etiquetado, publicidad y promoción y demás aspectos contemplados en los Decretos números 2092 de 1986, 1524 de 1990 o en los que los modifiquen o adicionen.
