Si el Juez que recibe accede, aprehende el conocimiento y lo avisa al Juez que provocó la competencia. Si no conviene, dentro de tercero día acepta la competencia; y en lo demás, hasta la decisión y comunicación a los Jueces inferiores, se observa lo dispuesto en los artículos precedentes para la competencia positiva.
