Las sociedades anónimas e instituciones financieras expresarán obligatoriamente el resultado económico de sus empresas y de una vigencia determinada en términos de utilidad o pérdida que reciba cada una de las acciones suscritas. Lo anterior no prohíbe que adicionalmente este resultado sea expresado en términos absolutos si así lo acepta la asamblea de accionistas.
