Art. 37. En los casos de multa, se limitará el Contador á hacer presente al responsable la infracción á las disposiciones que lo conminen con multas. Oída la contestación del responsable, procederá el Contador á declararlo incurso en la multa correspondiente, cuando la contestación no satisfaga.
