°. El avalúo judicial de las mercancías se hará con base en el precio CIF puerto colombiano y de acuerdo con el estado en que se hallen. Al efecto, deberán consultarse los precios que, para mercancías iguales o similares, suministren la Superintendencia de Comercio Exterior, la División de Arancel de la Dirección General de Aduanas y el Servicio Consular colombiano.
