Las disposiciones sobre medidas preventivas de que trata el artículo anterior, se aplican a los juicios sobre nulidad del matrimonio y divorcio que se siguen ante la autoridad eclesiástica, pero el Juez puede ampliar prudencialmente el plazo para que se aduzca el comprobante de haber sido presentada la demanda ante la Curia.
