Financiar el desarrollo de líneas de crédito, fomento y fortalecimiento de los proveedores de redes y servicios de telecomunicaciones, hasta tanto permanezca vigente la Emergencia Sanitaria declarada por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, con ocasión de la pandemia derivada del Coronavirus COVI0-19".
