Instalada la junta preparatoria, un empleado del Ministerio de Gobierno entregará al Presidente un oficio del Ministro, al cual debe acompañar una lista de los miembros de la Cámara, principales y suplentes, con expresión de los que se han excusado o manifestado que no aceptan. Se acompañará también una lista alfabética de los que deben concurrir a las sesiones.
