º. En cada Municipio funcionará una Junta de Censo Escolar integrada así: por el maestro que designe el Inspector Provincial; por el Inspector Local y por el Alcalde respectivo. Actuará como Secretario de la Junta el de la Alcaldía.
Esta Junta se instalará en los quince primeros días del mes de enero, a partir del año de 1931.
