El grupo poblacional al que hace referencia el literal a) del artículo 2° de la presente ley, podrá acceder a un descuento en las tarifas de los sistemas integrados de transporte masivo, según la reglamentación que expidan los concejos municipales y distritales para tal fin. Será potestad de los gobiernos locales otorgar este beneficio.
