º. aclárase el Decreto 439 del 8 de marzo de 1995, por el cual se establece el Régimen Salarial Especial y el Programa Gradual de Nivelación de Salarios para los Empleados Públicos de la salud del orden territorial y se dictan otras disposiciones, en el sentido que este acto administrativo reglamenta el artículo 193 de la Ley 100 de 1993.
