º . Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, en especial la Resolución CNE-00007 de abril 25 de 1991 de la Comisión Nacional de Energía y la Resolución 8-0022 de enero 9 de 1998 del Ministerio de Minas y Energía.

Decreto 1515 de 2002 · por el cual se fija el orden de atención prioritaria cuando se presenten insalvables restricciones en la oferta de Gas Natural o situaciones de grave emergencia, no transitorias, que impidan garantizar un mínimo de abastecimiento de la demanda.
