Artículo primero . Créase una Comisión de tiempo completo, por el término de ocho mese a partir de la fecha de expedición del presente Decreto que estará encargada de elaborar el Proyecto de Código de Aduanas, la cual estará integrada por tres miembros que designará el bienio Nacional.

Parágrafo

Por Código de Aduanas.se entiende la ley, sus reglamentos de ejecución, y las prescripciones conexas.
