Los bienes y rentas que constituyen el patrimonio de la Escuela, las transferencias que se le hicieren a título gratuito y las herencias y legados que reciba estarán exentas de toda clase de impuestos, tasas, contribuciones y gravámenes nacionales, departamentales y municipales. Las donaciones que se le hagan no requerirán insinuación judicial. CAPITULO III Fondo De Recursos Especiales.
