Comisión de estudios. El Gobierno podrá destinar en comisión de estudios en institutos diferentes a los de las Fuerzas Militares a los Oficiales y Suboficiales en servicio activo, preferencialmente a aquéllos que habiendo adquirido incapacidades físicas para la vida militar sean aprovechables para continuar en servicio.
