° Los Presidentes o Gerentes Generales de las Empresas Industriales y Comerciales del Estado y de las Sociedades de Economía Mixta sometidas al régimen de dichas empresas del orden nacional, que estando vinculados en una de estas entidades con anterioridad al 14 de enero de 1991, ingresen o hayan ingresado a otra de similar naturaleza dentro de los términos establecidos en el inciso segundo del artículo 10 del Decreto 1045 de 1978, no están sujetos a lo previsto en el artículo 6° del Decreto 12 de 1993.
