Destinase a la construcción de los ramales de que tratan los puntos a), c) y d) del Artículo 1o. de esta Ley, treinta unidades del producto libre de las Aduanas del Pacífico, quedando comprendidas en ese porcentaje las unidades señaladas en el Artículo 2.° de la Ley 65 de 1912 .
