Régimen de inversiones de la entidad administradora . El régimen de inversión del portafolio acumulado en el fondo común por parte de los beneficiarios del mecanismo BEPS, deberá ser el aprobado por la Junta Directiva de Colpensiones.

Parágrafo

Los recursos administrados en el fondo común de este servicio social complementario tendrán el tratamiento tributario de los recursos de la seguridad social. (Decreto número 604 de 2013, artículo 19).
