Corrígese El Numeral 3 Del Artículo 446 De La Ley 1407 De 2010, Cuyo Tenor Literal Será El Siguiente

Corrígese el numeral 3 del artículo 446 de la Ley 1407 de 2010, cuyo tenor literal será el siguiente:

“Artículo 446. Contenido. Para la formulación de la imputación, el fiscal deberá expresar oralmente:

“3. Posibilidad del investigado de allanarse a la imputación y a obtener rebaja de pena de conformidad con el artículo 493 de este Código”.
