Artículo primero. A partir del quince de los corrientes, créanse dos cargos de Ingenieros Sanitarios para la Sección de Saneamiento del Departamento de Ingeniería Sanitaria, los que se dedicarán exclusivamente al control y dirección de las obras sanitarias del Departamento de Servicios Coordinados de Higiene del Ministerio de Trabajo, Higiene y Previsión Social y tendrán como funciones las señaladas en el Decreto número. 698 de 1939, especialmente en sus artículos 10, 1.2, 15, 20, 21, 22, 23 y las demás: que los Departamentos de Servicios Coordinados de Higiene y de Ingeniería Sanitaria, crean necesario encomendarles.
