Serán Establecimientos Públicos adscritos al Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho: El Fondo Nacional de Notariado –FONANOT- El Fondo de Prevención Social de Notariado y Registro –FONPRENOR- El Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario El Fondo de Seguridad de la Rama Judicial y del Ministerio Público
