Premios no reclamados . Las sumas de dinero correspondientes al valor de los premios que caigan en poder del público y no sean reclamados deberán ser consignadas y conservadas en una cuenta especial creada para tal fin por el término de diez (10) años. Vencido el plazo anterior sin que hubiese sido reclamado el valor del premio, este deberá girarse inmediatamente a la entidad territorial.
