° Corresponde a la Secretaría de Hacienda i Fomento decidir sobre las reclamaciones que hagan los individuos comprendidos en el artículo 7.° de la lei, celebrar los arreglos i estender los contratos a que haya lugar, con el objeto de fijar las cantidades que deban enterarse a fin de rescatar los bienes raices adjudicados al Gobierno en pago de empréstitos forzosos.
