El funcionamiento del Fondo Prestacional Especial se regirá por las cláusulas del convenio ya mencionado suscrito entre la Nación-Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, Superintendencia Bancaria, Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras y la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero siempre y cuando no contravengan lo dispuesto en este Decreto y por las modificaciones que se hagan a dicho convenio.
