ARTICULO 21 . SUPRESION DE EMPLEOS. - Dentro del término para llevar a cabo el proceso de reestructuración de la Superintendencia, el Superintendente suprimirá los empleos o cargos vacantes y los desempeñados por empleados públicos cuando ellos no fueren necesarios en la respectiva planta de personal como consecuencia de dicha decisión.
