Los términos contemplados en el artículo 17 del Decreto 1346 de 1994 se comenzarán a contar a partir de la fecha indicada en el artículo precedente con respecto de las Juntas de Calificación ya constituidas. Para las demás, se contarán de conformidad con lo dispuesto en dicho artículo.
