° La delegación la conferirá el Gobernador de Cundinamarca por medio de Decreto, en el cual indicará los funcionarios que en su nombre han de ejercer las funciones de Visitadores Fiscales ordinarios para la verificación administrativa del Presupuesto Nacional, en la forma prevista por el ordinal d) del artículo 306 del Código Fiscal. Comuníquese y publíquese.
