Contenido . La tarjeta de operación contendrá al menos los siguientes datos

Datos de la empresa: Razón social o denominación, sede y radio de acción.

Datos del vehículo: Clase, marca, modelo, placa, capacidad, y tipo de combustible.

Otros: Fecha de vencimiento, numeración consecutiva y firma de la autoridad que la expide.

Parágrafo

La tarjeta de operación deberá ajustarse como mínimo a la ficha técnica que para este efecto expida el Ministerio de Transporte.
