En desarrollo del Programa Nacional de Reactivación Agropecuaria, PRAN, destínense los recursos no utilizados en la compra de cartera, a la implementación de una línea especial de crédito que se otorgará, a través del Fondo para el Financiamiento del Sector Agropecuario, Finagro, a los productores agropecuarios que exporten su producción, directa o indirectamente, cuando respecto del proyecto objeto de financiación no se hubieran beneficiado de otro programa.
