Pago indemnización por incapacidad psicofísica . Cuando el Gobierno o el Comando de la Fuerza, en virtud de lo establecido en el Artículo 100 de este Estatuto determine que un Oficial o Suboficial con incapacidad relativa y permanente continúe en servicio, se le reconocerá y pagará la indemnización que le corresponda de acuerdo con los haberes del grado que tenga cuando se le declare la lesión por la Sanidad Militar, el Oficial o Suboficial no tendrá derecho a nueva indemnización por el mismo concepto.
