ARTICULO 24 . FUNCIONES DEL COMITE DE CONTRATACION Y COMPRAS. Son funciones del comité de contratación y compras

Estudiar y evaluar las propuestas presentadas para las adquisiciones que realice la Dirección Nacional de Estupefacientes.

Emitir concepto al Director Nacional de Estupefacientes con relación a las propuestas presentadas y proponer las recomendaciones que estime procedentes conforme a las normas de contratación vigentes para la Dirección Nacional de Estupefacientes.

Las demás que le asignen las leyes, decretos y normas de contratación.
