Junta de Licitaciones y Adquisiciones . La Junta de Licitaciones y Adquisiciones de la Superintendencia General de Puertos asesorará en materia de compras y contratación y cumplirá las funciones previstas en las normas legales y reglamentarias vigentes. Estará integrada por el Secretario General de la Superintendencia, quien la presidirá; el Director de Planeamiento Portuario y el Director Técnico de la Superintendencia General de puertos y los demás funcionarios que para el efecto designe el Superintendente General de Puertos. La Superintendencia General de Puertos utilizará el mismo registro de proveedores del Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Transporte. El Secretario General de la Superintendencia actuará como secretario en esta Junta.
