º. Modifícase el artículo 6º del Decreto 1974 del 31 de octubre de 1996, el cual quedará así: "Artículo 6º. El Comité Interinstitucional para la Lucha Contra el Tráfico de Mujeres, Niñas y Niños se reunirá en forma ordinaria por lo menos una vez cada cuatro meses por convocatoria de la Secretaría Técnica. También se podrá reunir extraordinariamente cuando el Presidente del Comité lo considere pertinente".
