A los Oficiales de las Fuerzas Militares, se les otorgará la gracia de obtener el anticipo de cesantía que les corresponda en el momento de la solicitud, por el tiempo excedente del mínimo necesario para tener derecho a sueldo de retiro, mediante comprobación de que la suma solicitada será invertida en la adquisición de lotes o viviendas, o en la construcción, reparación o liberación de éstos, de acuerdo con reglamentación que expida" el Gobierno.
