Los Concesionarios del servicio de radiodifusión sonora en Amplitud Modulada o Frecuencia Modulada o las cadenas radiales con personería jurídica, según sea el caso, deberán pagar, a favor del Fondo de Comunicaciones, por concepto de la solicitud de inscripción de la cadena que organicen, una suma equivalente a diez (10) salarios mínimos legales mensuales.
