Transferencia de bienes, derechos y obligaciones . A partir de la fecha de entrada en vigencia del presente decreto, se entienden transferidos todos los bienes muebles e inmuebles, derechos y obligaciones del Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico al Ministerio de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial que tengan relación con las funciones transferidas a este Ministerio. En el caso de los bienes que deban registrarse, el registro se efectuará previa solicitud del Ministerio de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial.
