Todo joven que quiera matricularse debe presentarse .acompañado de la persona de quien dependa y que no sea empleado de la Escuela. Esta persona, que debe ser conocida y tener su domicilio en la ciudad, queda obligada á responder de que el joven que se matricula desempeñará los deberes que contrae por este acto; á concurrir al establecimiento cuando se le llame, y á recibir al alumno, si tuviere que retirarse.
