º. El Banco de la República y la Empresa Siderúrgica Nacional de Paz de Río, S. A., celebrarán los contratos de fideicomiso y de emisión que correspondan a los Bonos que se autorizan por este Decreto, sin que tales contratos requieran ulterior aprobación del Gobierno Nacional.
