Articulo 8º . Protocolos analíticos . Todas las fábricas de alcohol y de bebidas alcohólicas deben llevar un archivo de los protocolos analíticos correspondientes a cada lote de producto elaborado, incluyendo la materia prima, producto en proceso, producto terminado, lavado de envase, agua y material de empaque, los cuales estarán a disposición de las autoridades sanitarias.
