Expedición decreto. Para el ascenso anual al grado de Subteniente, en el Ejército y Fuerza Aérea, Subteniente de Infantería de Marina; o Teniente de Corbeta en la Armada, se expedirá un solo decreto el cual estará encabezado por el Alférez de la Escuela Militar o Guardiamarina de la Escuela Naval, o Alférez de la Escuela de Aviación que haya obtenido el primer puesto en el Ejército, la Armada y la Fuerza Aérea. Este orden se rotará cada año entre las Fuerzas.
