Cuando las cooperativas de vivienda de propiedad cooperativa amplíen su objetivo social para organizar servicios que correspondan a necesidades conexas o complementarias de los asociados, tales como educación, consumo, salud, transporte y recreación, serán consideradas como cooperativas integrales o multiactivas, según el caso, y las instalaciones y construcciones destinadas a tales servicios, se entenderán incorporadas al conjunto habitacional, para todos los efectos legales.
