Art. 14.° Las multas de que trata el artículo 22 de la lei se harán irremisiblemente efectivas por los Administradores principales en sus casos, mediante las anotaciones hechas en las partes con que viaje el Correo, siendo responsables de su importe los empleados que no cuiden de exijirlas por cualquiera omision o descuido.
