Articulo 38 . Modificación de las resoluciones . Cuando una fabrica de alcohol o de bebidas alcohólicas que posea licencia sanitaria de funcionamiento vigente cambie su dirección técnica, su razón social, objetivo, representación legal o de propietario deberá solicitar la modificación de la resolución por la cual se le concedió la licencia.
