Los Tesoreros llevarán cuentas detalladas que rendirán ante el Tribunal de Cuentas del respectivo Departamento o ante la Corte del ramo, según que las obras que se ejecuten interesen a un solo Departamento o a más de uno. Dichas cuentas serán revisadas y examinadas previamente por las respectivas Juntas Especiales.
