Art. 4.° Una vez otorgada la mencionada escritura, se sacarán en copia tres ejemplares de ella, que se distribuirán así: uno se protocolizará en una de las Notarías de Bogotá; otro se conservará en el archivo del Cabildo de la vecindad de los donantes y el otro en el del Concejo municipal de Sucre.
