Artículo segundo. Los Institutos a que se refiere el artículo anterior, y los demás que el Gobierno funde en el futuro, dependerán de la División de Educación Superior y Normalista del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, y tendrán la finalidad de formar técnicos agrícolas de nivel medio e intermedio.
